Meritage, The signature restaurant at the Claremont Hotel, Club & Spa invites you to experience our exclusive wine collection every Wednesday from 6 pm to 7 pm.  Executive Chef Josh Thomsen & General Manager Nicholas Dolata will introduce three to four wines prepared with tasting “bites” to pair perfectly with each “flight” of wine.
