Assorted Bruschetta

Here are some great easy topping ideas!
Bruschetta is a great way to start a meal or nibble during a cocktail party. In Italy they simply grill a ½ inch slice of ciabatta bread then rub it with a cut clove of garlic, drizzled with a fine olive oil.
